which uses only the best goose and duck livers
- and prides itself on the fact that water is not
added to the product, whereas some inferior foie
gras can contain as much as 10% water. George Bruck
also produces a superb range of truffles and truffle
juice, a real gastronomic treat ! All truffles
used in King's foie gras are the finest in the
world, and come from Perigord in France. |
